The initial capital required varies depending on the brand, location, and size of the restaurant. Generally, you can expect an investment of R5m -R10m, with at least 50% required to be unencumbered, Lucky Fish and international opportunities may differ. Life & Brand offers a robust support system that includes comprehensive training, ongoing operational guidance, national and local marketing support, and most notably access to a competitive supply chain and central kitchen, which takes the complexities out of the store, ensuring consistent quality and cost control.

While direct restaurant ownership is not strictly required, we seek franchisees with extensive restaurant management experience, a passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and the financial acumen to manage a successful enterprise. Being actively involved in the business is highly preferred.

Yes, we are actively expanding our brands’ footprint, both locally and internationally. We welcome inquiries from experienced operators in new markets. Areas of particular interest include UAE, Namibia, Botswana and other SADC regions.
